Spring Race Training

Preparing for the Broad Street Run, Love Run or your favorite 5K just got easier! This instructional series kicks off on Sunday, February 26th for 10 consecutive Sundays of some serious (but fun) running! The group will meet at Lloyd Hall at 8 AM for dynamic, pre-run specific warm ups and discussion about training specifics for the week. Welcome to Spring Training...CoreFitness style!

All sessions meet at 8 AM at Lloyd Hall unless otherwise noted (as weekly run gets longer, we may meet as early as 7:30 AM).

This series is for all paces, all fitness levels. Please arrive on time (ready to get started promptly at 8 AM).
Free parking in Lloyd Hall lot and/or across the street on Sedgely Drive.
