CoreFitness Boot Camp is for all fitness levels!

Get a full body workout while exercising outdoors with like-minded individuals. This class is about fitness; endurance, agility, strength, balance and flexibility. Find your fitness with like-minded individuals in this socially fit atmosphere!
Using the outdoor terrain, we create workouts using traditional exercises (think push ups, planks, squats)...with a twist. No two classes are ever alike.
Your first class is free, give us a try, and then come back for more.

SHRED $269Purchase required to enroll

This 3 week course (Sept 12th - Sept 30th, 2016) combines daily workouts, and incredible peer/trainer motivation and a newly upgraded Nutritional component. Meet outside at the Water Works pier (Mondays and Wednesdays), the Art Museum steps (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) for a 50- minute group fitness class that will change the way you think about exercise. Expert support will come at you from all angles.

Early Bird Registration fee is $219 (goes up to $269 on Sept 5th). Can't attend all classes? Contact us at gina@core-fit.com for pro-rated fees.

This special class brings together yoga flows and Friday beverages with best friends (and loved ones!), it’s the perfect event for the mind, the body and the rechargeable soul.

Meet at the Art Museum steps for a bike ride out Kelly Drive and back in on West River Drive with stops along the way for killer core-strengthening. Be sure to bring your abs for this workout! Helmets are required.

Meet at the Art Museum steps for a 6:15 PM departure and be prepared to ride your bike around The River Loop (8.4 miles), stopping along the way for core strengthening exercises. Please bring water. Helmets are required for this event. Pre-registration is also required.

Forbidden Drive Bike Ride From $14 per visit with 10 Class Card passNo purchase required to enroll

Meet at Lloyd Hall for an 8:00 AM departure on your bike. We'll ride to the Wissahickon Trail and on to Valley Green via Forbidden Drive. This ride is approximately 16 miles (with options for longer distance depending on the group). Helmets are required for this event. Please bring your own water bottles.

Ben Franklin Bridge Bike Ride $20 per classFrom $14 per visit with 10 Class Card passNo purchase required to enroll

Meet at the bottom of the Art Museum steps for a 6:15 PM departure. We'll ride from museum to/across the Ben Franklin Bridge and back! Helmets are required. Return to Art Museum by 7:00 PM and plan to stay for a BYO Happy Hour. Pre-registration for this event is requested.

Bring Your Own Pumpkin Boot Camp: Saturday October 29th at 9 AM at the Art Museum steps. This class is for all fitness levels!

Meet at the bottom of the Art Museum steps (left side when facing the museum)
Your pumpkin is your workout partner - you'll use it to add resistance and intensity to each exercise. We recommend between 5 and 10 pounds (the bigger the pumpkin the harder the workout). Pumpkins are not necessary to participate, but they sure do make it more fun.
Don't forget a bottle of water - and a buddy! Workouts are more fun when you do them with friends.

Embrace your inner child and join us this 6 week session of playground fitness every Friday at 6:00 AM from July 29th – September 2nd! Climb, jump, swing and slide your way to fitness! Indoor Boot Camp at Trainer Hall: the same Boot Camp you know and love in an indoor setting. We use body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX and much more to deliver a full body workout like no other. This class is for all fitness levels, instructors are skilled at modifying/progressing each exercise so that everyone works out together, but at their own level of intensity.

Recovering from an injury or trying to work through one can be challenging. Ou experienced team will help get you back in action. Our licensed Physical Therapists, with over 20 years of experience, are qualified to help you recover from injury, surgery or illness. Whether you have a new injury, a chronic condition or persistent pain, we will evaluate your condition and develop a program to meet your specific needs.

Have you completed your course of inpatient or outpatient physical therapy, but still want to exercise under the guidance of an experienced professional? CoreFitness Physical Therapists can fill that gap, so that you can continue to exercise safely and effectively. Sessions occur in your home. A doctor’s referral is not necessary to initiate an evaluation.
